We want to bring together hundreds of local companies and professionals together to create a wonderful way to network for all of Northern Ireland's small and medium size organisations. 
Whether you are a sole trader, a business professional or a company with 100's of employees we want you to be part of our community.
Our Circle Group will provide a closed group for engagement, advice and creative ideas. It will not be full of adverts like some of the well known Facebook groups out there.
A real time administered group that you can post in and share your achievements, ask for support, post job opportunities and whatever you feel helps you and your business on a day to day basis.
Whether you have an employee that you need to let go but who who you value and want to help get employment elsewhere before you give them the bad news or you need advice about a certain business matter but don't know who would be best to turn to, we want to help give you those solutions through this group.

The Digital Circles Podcast

Our podcast aims to help spread the word about the many great businesses in NI and allow people to get to know the personalities behind them. 

Behind Digital Circles are Paul Mooney, Robert Rickey and Michael Elliott.

The Digital Circles host Paul Mooney comes from a background based in sales and marketing. Paul had his own business which started out succesfully and then experienced a downturn due to funding cuts and basic business errors.
Frustrated by the lack of assistance out there for small companies expecially, he decided to bring more businesses into the view of the wider public and allow them to talk about their experiences of running a business and working with others. Now working in Ecommerce and Business Consultancy, Paul hopes to help others thrive.

"In having a business I used to attend coffee mornings, commerce meetings and do all the things that I hoped would grow my business and provide new opportunites.
I found for the most part that they didn't  work for me.
When I thought about what would have helped it was being part of a group with constant engagement on a daily basis. A live online community with great experts willing to give their time to advice small businesses.

I also believe that podcasting is a great way of allowing the average person in the street to get to know the character that runs the local butchers, shop, or cafe. If everyone knew a little more about the person behind the local business and how difficult it is at times to run a company I believe they'd be more inclined to shop there".

Paul in his spare time enjoys being tortured by his daughters and walking his dogs, going to the gym (albeit infrequently) as well as assisting the Professional Footballers' Association in Northern Ireland,

Robert Rickey started out online selling in 1997 with his first website. From there he started his first brand in 2002 and sold millions of dollars of products in the US, Europe, and Australasia before educating others from 2014 on selling online. Robert also set up a Freight logistics company before selling it in recent years. After exiting the Online Education company he co-founded in 2023 he now continues to offer consultancy to online sellers and businesses who require experience and growth advice.

He enjoys helping and educating others and is a longterm sufferer of Everton Football Club. Now, that he is in the incredibly fortunate position of having kids that are all grown up he also enjoys travelling and eating ice cream.

Michael Elliott is the sound and visual expert behind everything you see and hear on our podcats. "Mike" as we like to call him has a wealth of experience in editing and shooting professionally, from local productions to online image photography for products. Michael is also a script writer with his partner Claire and enjoys comedy, coffee and Craft Beer and fad diets. He spends most of his time wishing Paul and Robert would stop talking about football and is an incredibly good guy. He is also well known for his smooth and knowledgable interjections on the Circle Back Show.
